Newport Foodbank Closed to Members of the Public

Following the most recent Government guidelines and advisories, we are making immediate changes to how Newport Foodbank operates. We are taking these steps to help protect our volunteers as well as members of the public, and also endeavour to keep our operations going for as long as possible.

With immediate effect, Newport Foodbank will be closed to members of the public.

We request that vouchers no longer be issued directly to a client. Instead, we request that you, the agent, having assessed their need, complete the voucher as per normal practice, but retain it, and subsequently redeem it on their behalf at a specified tim

These are unprecedented times which necessitate unusual measures. We realise these changes will place an extra burden on your already busy staff, but we trust that together we can continue to serve the most needy in our community, especially in these uncertain times.
